What is the purpose of this role in the delivery of our mission? (40-60 words)
The purpose of this role is all about boosting the Revenue Team's success. It involves diving deep into research, analysing merchant data thoroughly, and pinpointing promising sales opportunities. This role is key in supporting smart decision-making and streamlining operations to ramp up team performance and hit our goals effectively. By offering valuable insights and guidance, the Specialist helps drive revenue growth and operational efficiency across the board.
What are the key responsibilities / activities of the role:
- Revenue Team HubSpot Management:
- Oversee the management and optimization of the HubSpot CRM for the revenue team.
- Ensure the CRM is clean and optimized to support revenue operations.
- Manage deals pipelines, processes, and reporting dashboards.
- Maintain and update the deals pipeline in pour CRM, ensuring accurate and current information on leads, opportunities, and deal stages.
- Conduct regular audits and clean-ups of the pipeline data.
- Perform competitor analysis and market mapping to support strategic decisions.
- Provide administrative support and coordination for the Sales Team's activities, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute target sector-related events and conferences.
- Generate calendar lists, compile attendees/exhibitors lists, and set up appointments.
- Segmenting and the distribution of inbound lead inquiries, qualify leads, and route them to the appropriate sales representatives for follow-up.
- Track and manage Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through the sales funnel.
What are the essential skills, qualifications and experience required for the role?
- Previous experience working in the Payment services Industry; with Crypto knowledge/experience is a bonus.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Lead Generation tools such as Apollo, Lusha, RocketReach, etc.
- Proficient in HubSpot.
- Must reside in Manila, work mid-shift hours, and be able to work in a hybrid setup.
